What is a process?
A process is a task that runs the same way again and again in your business, and that from now on happens by itself. An example: an enquiry arrives by email. The process puts the appointment in the calendar, sends the confirmation and reminds both sides. You no longer have to do anything.
Every further task of that kind is another process, for instance writing invoices, preparing quotes or following up on enquiries.
What is not a process: controlling machines or plant stays out of scope. We automate digital work, that is software, data and communication.

No hidden costs:
The server costs a flat 15 € a month. We provide it, keep it running and cover the full capacity.
Acceptance guarantee:
Your pilot counts as delivered only once it demonstrably runs: the trigger fires by itself, the result lands in the right system, errors report themselves, and it stays stable for two weeks. If that does not work out, we fix it at no cost or you get the 750 € back.

One shared data base

Measurement before and after
The starting value is recorded before setup, so the saving is calculated later rather than estimated.
Server and support
Running and securing the server, monitoring, fixing errors and making adjustments while the workflow stays the same. You do not need server access of your own.
Weekly figures
One email a week with the running figures for each process, without you having to ask.
Your data stays yours
At the end of the contract you get all of your data in full and in a reusable form.
The range given is a typical market range for a comparable interface sold as a product of its own. It is not an invoice and not another provider's quote. With us it is part of the setup.
Ongoing operation
from 400 € base/monthWe only start earning once your automation pays for itself.
For the first three months you pay this base fee and nothing else, while we establish the actual saving. From the fourth month a share of your evidenced annual saving is added, calculated pro rata per month and reassessed every quarter after that.
The base fee is 400 €/month (415 € including the server) for up to five processes and 600 €/month (615 € including the server) for up to twelve. More than 12 processes: on request.
Price changes apply to new partnerships only. Your terms stay as they are for as long as your partnership runs.
The longer the partnership runs, the smaller our share of the value we create for you.

A worked example, your own figures come out of the analysis: with 60,000 € of evidenced annual saving that is 5,000 €/month.
- Month 4–12: 1,500 € + 400 € base + 15 € server = 1,915 €. You keep 3,085 €.
- from month 13: 1,250 € + 400 € base + 15 € server = 1,665 €. You keep 3,335 €.
- from month 25: 1,000 € + 400 € base + 15 € server = 1,415 €. You keep 3,585 €.
Savings guarantee:
If no saving can be evidenced after three months, the success share for that process falls away permanently. You then carry on paying the base fee only.
No server access for us. You keep control, we work through the interface. No minimum term: either side can give 30 days' notice to the end of the month. If you cancel, you get all of your data exported in full.
