Referral programme

Recipient's own responsibility

As of: 04.11.2026

  1. 1Status. You take part as an independent partner. No employment, service, partnership or agency relationship is created. You cannot make promises or sign contracts on our behalf. You decide how and where you refer, within our rules.
  2. 2Credits. Our statement of your reward (the "credit") shows the amount, the reason, your country and your role (for example referrer, or recruiter of another partner). All amounts are gross. We do not deduct or add taxes unless the law requires us to. If it does, we deduct the amount and tell you.
  3. 3Your responsibility. You are responsible for declaring and paying tax on programme income in your country, for social contributions, business registrations, invoices or other filings that apply to you, and for giving us the details we need for the statement (for example country, tax or VAT ID, payout details). If details are missing, we may hold a payout until they arrive. We do not give tax advice; please ask a tax adviser or your tax office.
  4. 4When we pay. A credit arises only after the customer has paid. We usually pay out within 14 days of receiving the customer's payment. Part payments are credited in proportion; operating months are credited month by month.
  5. 5Reversals. If a customer payment is refunded, charged back or cancelled, the related credit lapses. If it was already paid out, we offset it against later credits. If nothing is left to offset, we will contact you.
  6. 6No guarantee. We promise no particular number of referrals, customers or earnings.
  7. 7Changes. We may change these rules and the rewards for the future. We announce this in advance (by email or on this page). Credits already earned are not affected. If you disagree, you can stop at any time.

These rules add to the rules on the referral page.
