About me

Before you can have something, you must first become someone.

This isn't a theory I started out with. It's the consequence of what I lived through myself — before it became a system for others.

Where I started

My life began with a generous supply of false information. School and family explained to me how wealth is created, and both were wrong. Then came a serious accident.

What followed were more than ten years bedridden and in decline, with health crises that defy description. Over 4,000 days without a single meaningful success — I was even the wrong person for vacuuming. I was stuck: financially, physically, mentally.

Where others start at zero, I stood at minus 250. Friends from back then had decades of head start in work and results while I stood still.

The turning point

Then I came across a formula. Not motivation, not a trick, but an order: Become. Do. Have. First become the person who can reach the goal. Then act. Then the results follow — as a consequence, not a wish.

Reality responds to action alone. Once I no longer just knew that but did it daily, a climb began that caught up on everything I had lost. Within days I was back on my feet and more active than ever before.

Within a few months I had overtaken friends with a decade of head start in work and life, in every respect. Especially in daily output I left them so far behind that it became hard to find common ground. Not because I had become smarter. Because I had first become someone whose actions matched his goals.

Today

Today I still watch, fascinated, how steadily this structure and these principles hold. They turned a nursing case into a global player and, in my experience, are not tied to me: you too carry far more inside than is currently showing.

The path from here

What I learned, I now pass on.

The exact structure and principles that made this climb possible are today The Operating System — not a coincidence, but a repeatable method.
